Get professional design help for the decisions you're struggling with most. Not every project needs full-service interior design. Sometimes you simply need an experienced designer to help you make the right decisions, solve a design challenge, or get your project moving in the right direction.
Designer for a Day is a personalized, one-on-one design experience. Together, we'll review your project, answer your design questions, work through challenges, and provide practical recommendations tailored to your home and goals.
Depending on your needs, your session may include a visit to local design showrooms to explore and source materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and other selections for your project.
YOUR SESSION MAY INCLUDE:

We begin with a one-on-one conversation about your project and where you need help. Bring your plans, inspiration images, samples, Pinterest boards, or even a list of questions you've been stuck on. We'll talk through what you're trying to achieve, what isn't working, and where you need a professional eye. This is your opportunity to ask questions, get honest feedback, and work through ideas with our design team.
Let's get out of the house and look at it together.
When your project calls for it, we'll take the conversation into the showroom. We'll visit local design showrooms to look at materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and other selections in person. Seeing and comparing materials together makes it easier to understand scale, color, texture, and how different pieces work with one another. We'll help you narrow down the options and make decisions with confidence.
Leave with a plan you can actually use.
We'll pull everything we've discussed together and help you establish a clear direction for your project. Whether you've been struggling with a paint color, can't figure out your furniture layout, need help pulling a kitchen together, or simply don't know where to start, you'll leave with thoughtful recommendations and a better understanding of your next steps.
The goal isn't to design your entire home in one day. It's to give you the clarity, confidence, and professional perspective to move your project forward.
SESSION DETAILS
Designer for a Day sessions are available as half-day or full-day engagements, depending on the level of guidance needed.
Sessions typically range from 2–4 hours for a half-day and 4-7 hours for a full-day and must be scheduled during our regular business hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Showroom visits are dependent on availability and project needs. Additional design services, drawings, procurement, or project coordination are not included in the Designer for a Day session and can be discussed separately if needed.
