CUSTOM HOME DESIGN
From the first sketch to the finished home, we design residences around the site, the architecture, and the way our clients want to live. We develop the home from the ground up, considering site orientation, massing, proportions, floor plans, exterior character, materials, windows and doors, interior architectural details, and the relationship between spaces.

Existing homes often have good bones, but their layouts, proportions, or functions may no longer serve the people living in them. We work within the existing architecture to determine what should remain, what can be transformed, and where thoughtful intervention can create something entirely new.

An addition should feel intentional—not like something simply attached to the original house. We design additions that respond to the existing architecture while creating a thoughtful transition between old and new. We study how people move through and use a home or space, developing room relationships, circulation, proportions, and functionality before committing to the finer details.
EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
We develop roof forms, windows, doors, siding, masonry, trim, exterior materials, proportions, and architectural character as a cohesive composition.
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
Stairways, fireplaces, openings, ceiling conditions, built-ins, cabinetry, millwork, trim, and other architectural details can be developed as part of the architectural scope.
CONSULTANT COORDINATION
We collaborate with structural engineers, civil engineers, landscape professionals, specialty consultants, contractors, and other project partners to coordinate the various disciplines involved in a project.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Our involvement can continue after the drawings are complete.
We provide construction-phase architectural support including site observations, responses to contractor questions, review of relevant submittals and shop drawings, design clarification, and coordination with the project team.
